How do I contact customer support?

Please review all FAQ's, if you have questions please contact me at hello@shopjewellandco.com and I will respond in a timely manner. 
 

What is your turn-around time?

All items listed on the website are ready to ship. Shipping takes place within 3-5 business days (not including holidays or weekends). Influx of orders / changes to orders may take additional processing shipping times. 
 

How quickly do you ship?

Shipping takes place through the United States Postal Service (USPS). 
Due to COVID-19, shipping delays can take place. At this time I can not guarantee shipping times or delivery. 
 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping Cost is based on weight and automatically calculated based on how much you can buy. If I can ship cheaper, I will do my best to refund overages. 
Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before the order is placed. If there is an error I will do my best to help catch it before the package goes out. 
 

Do you offer local pick-up?

I offer local pickup in the Columbus, Ohio area as well as occasional local pickup in the Defiance, Ohio area. Please join my Facebook VIP group for up to date information on when pickup in NWO will be available. 
 

How do you handle returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

I do not offer returns for sanitary reasons. Due to the handmade nature of my items, I am not able to accept / resell items once they leave my studio. 
If there is a manufacturer error to any items you receive, please send me an email at hello@shopjewellandco.com along with any photos for me to review. I stand behind my work and I want my customers to be happy with the items that they spend their hard earned money on. 
If something is purchased on my website and you decide to cancel before the order ships, I will do my best to make arrangements with you. I can not guarantee that I will be able to make changes to the order, but I will do my best. 
 

Do you have any promo codes?

Occasionally I will offer promo codes to be used during purchases. These do have set limits on them, so if you receive one, please do not share it with friends. Once they're used up they won't be available again! 
 

How can I be sure that your products are safe for use on my child?

Darla Glassford, the owner of Jewell & Company, LLC is CPSC Compliant and on the Small Batch Manufacturer registry. 
What does that mean? Darla is the only one that cuts, sews, and produces garments for Jewell & Co. She follows the standards set in place by the CPSC for every garment. All items are tagged with the proper information including the manufacture date & batch number. 
 

How should I wash my garments?

All items from this shop are delicate & handmade. Please wash all items in cold water with like colors. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry for extra care. 
 

What kind of fabric do you use?

All items are made from an assortment of knit fabrics for optimal stretch & longevity. All fabric is washed with a free and clear detergent and dried with wool dryer balls before being cut and sewn. This helps ensure items will not shrink drastically before worn and washed. 

 

Do your garments fit true-to-size?

All items are hand cut according to the proper sized pattern and sewn together using an overlock machine and a coverstitch machine. Sizing can vary slightly as each item is completely handmade and the fabric bases may vary.
